The personas behind it
Each one starts from a ready-made template you can change: the greeting, the questions, what it knows, and what it does in your systems.
It answers
Order and delivery desk
Looks up an order while the customer waits (where it's up to, when it's due, what's in it) and adds notes such as delivery instructions.
It answers
Support triage
Finds out what's wrong, asks the questions that matter, logs a ticket, gives updates on open tickets, and puts urgent problems straight through.
It dials
Job and delivery confirmations
Confirms a visit or delivery window the day before, notes gate codes, parking and pets, and takes reschedules.
It dials
Calls from your app
Your software or AI assistant gives the goal and instructions, and BE Voice holds the conversation and hands back the result.
It dials
After-service feedback
A short call after a job or visit: a score out of five, what went well, what to improve, and whether they'd recommend you.
