A technician is a named person who can approve a change or run an ops action; that is the seat, and the seat is the bill. Enrolled machines, servers, desktops, firewalls, routers and NAS, are unlimited. Each seat includes 500 BE AI runs a month, pooled at the company.

Superadmin, company admin and operator seats count. People who cannot approve or run ops are not a seat. The bill does not move when the 251st laptop enrols.

Worked example: four people who can approve a change and 250 machines across six offices is 4 × $105 = $420 a month, with 2,000 pooled runs. Usage per company is on the Usage page every month, so an internal IT team can recharge a site and a provider can recharge a customer from the same numbers.

Bands are the capacity we size and support. A quote states the annual figure and what happens if you grow through a band. It is one container with one data volume and an outbound call to the AI API.

Yes, if you include every machine every night. Include or exclude per machine, and the healthy skip (a machine that was healthy last pass with nothing new is skipped) protect the allowance. A quiet fleet costs a handful of runs.
Ten machines for 14 days, with a small BE AI pool, no card. With a payment method on file, billing starts on named technician seats and nothing else changes. Without one, machines keep reporting and alerts keep delivering, but BE AI, approvals and new enrolments pause until you add one. Nothing is deleted.
The shadow runs beside your incumbent on up to 100 devices for 21 to 30 days with agreed deliverables. Overlap credit after a cutover commit is quoted per Exit. Hosted after cutover pays the per-technician price.
