How a connection works
Anything with an API or an MCP server can be connected. An admin adds it to the company with its own credentials and the list of calls the assistant may make. The model sees those calls as tools beside the SAP ones and uses them when a question needs them. Reads run freely within what the connection allows; anything that would change a system is prepared, shown and waits for Confirm, under the same rights as the SAP tools. Every call is a recorded turn.
The systems named below are the ones we are asked about most. They are not a limit, and they are not all pre-built: each is set up per company, tested read-only first, like SAP itself. See Other systems over MCP and APIs in the docs.
