Products/BE Teammate
AI team members that live in Microsoft Teams. Give a company an IT support bot and a marketing bot, each with a name, a role and the systems an admin lets it use. They answer in one-to-one and group chats, read and reply to their own email, and every change waits for a person's OK.
How a request goes
In a chat with the bot, or in a group chat where it is a member. Type it the way you'd ask a colleague.
Read-only first: the servers, services and APIs an admin has granted it, plus the company notes every bot shares.
Anything that would change something comes back as a confirmation card in the chat, with what it will do.
Admins choose per bot which actions need a person's OK. It runs, checks the result, and the audit trail records all of it.
What's in it
Each bot is a team member with a job. What it can reach, and what it must ask about, is set per bot by an admin.
Each bot has a name, a role and a persona set by an admin, and answers in one-to-one and group chats.
Connects to servers and services an admin grants, over SSH, web APIs and MCP servers, read-only or with changes.
Any change shows a confirmation card in the chat. Admins choose per bot which actions need a person's OK.
A bot can have a mailbox, read and answer mail. Sending waits for confirmation.
Bots keep notes about systems and procedures that every bot can use. Admins can view and roll back.
Every message, action, approval, time and cost is recorded, with department heads deciding which bots exist and who can use them.
Coming soon: an assistant that works in each person's own Outlook mail, calendar and files.
Coming soon: summaries of long threads, and a memory the team can search.
Bot mailboxes run on BE AgentMail, the same mail layer the rest of our products use.
