Each service number is a Desk. The band is picked from how many numbers you run, and every number includes 1,500 SMS and 150 MMS a month for conversational traffic on the thread. Campaigns and anything over the bundle are metered. We are not competing on cents per SMS; the work is the desk around the number.
All prices in AUD, excluding GST. Month to month, minimum term one month.
Desk bands
One number or fifty, the desk is the same: shared inbox, cases the team can own, true MMS in the thread, campaigns, surveys, the API with MCP, and 15 portal users per company. Only the per-number price changes.

The included bundle is for conversational traffic, replies and day-to-day desk messages on the thread, not campaign blasts. The trial starts with one number.

Every campaign SMS ends with 'Reply STOP to opt out'. STOP adds that mobile to the company do-not-send list for campaigns and surveys; conversational replies on the thread are not blocked.

Start the trial and a number is provisioned for you. Number porting, inbound voice, the AI agent and volume pricing are a sales quote, which the contact form handles.
Per number, per month: $79 (1 to 2 numbers), $69 (3 to 10), $59 (11 or more), one rate for the whole account. Each number includes 1,500 SMS and 150 MMS a month, and 15 users are included. Campaign and extra SMS are 6.0¢, dropping to 5.0¢ at 5,000 a month and 4.5¢ at 50,000. Extra MMS are 25¢. Extra users are $10 a month. All prices ex GST.
