The personas behind it
Each one starts from a ready-made template you can change: the greeting, the questions, what it knows, and what it does in your systems.
It answers
Bookings line
Books, moves and cancels appointments from your booking system's free times, and reads every booking back.
It answers
Sales enquiries
Explains your offer in plain words, answers questions and objections within limits you set, and books a meeting or takes a quote request.
It dials
Accounts receivable
Calls about overdue invoices, checks it's speaking to the right person first, and agrees a date to pay.
It dials
Win-back
Calls lapsed customers or members, finds out why they left, makes your offer once, and books them back in.
It dials
Renewals
Calls before a policy, plan or contract renews: confirms they're renewing and notes any changes or questions, never pushy.
