The personas behind it
Each one starts from a ready-made template you can change: the greeting, the questions, what it knows, and what it does in your systems.
It answers
Support triage
Finds out what's wrong, asks the questions that matter, logs a ticket, gives updates on open tickets, and puts urgent problems straight through.
It answers
Receptionist
Answers every call from what you tell it, puts callers through with a quick introduction, and takes a message when nobody's free.
It dials
Booking confirmations
Confirms today's or tomorrow's bookings and party size, takes changes, and frees cancelled tables so the waitlist can have them.
It dials
Surveys and information capture
Asks your questions in a natural conversation and records each answer as a value: a score, a yes or no, a choice, a date or a comment.
It dials
After-service feedback
A short call after a job or visit: a score out of five, what went well, what to improve, and whether they'd recommend you.
