Memory and teaching

The chat remembers the conversation until you clear it, and your team can teach it facts about the business that every later chat knows.

Conversation memory

The model sees the questions, answers and code of the current chat (the last 30 turns), so follow-ups work: "and for 2025?" after a monthly sales question. Type clear or press Clear to start again. Phone calls stand alone; BE Voice holds its own transcript.

Teaching

Type a fact in the Teach box, or start a message with remember:. "The financial year runs 1 July to 30 June." "Grade B stock sits in bins starting with GB." The fact is saved to the company's knowledge base and appended to every later generation, on every channel, so a caller benefits from what staff taught. Nothing taught is ever read out to a customer verbatim; it only shapes how the model writes its queries.

  • Up to 500 characters a fact, up to 200 facts.
  • Teaching is explicit. The assistant never teaches itself from a failure, because one bad fact would poison later answers.
  • Admins see every fact, who taught it and when, and can delete it. Editing is delete and re-teach.

When it can't

If the chat cannot do something (no tool for it, an object not allowed, SAP refused, or you tell it the answer is wrong) it asks "Shall I log this for the team?" and files what was asked, what it answered, who and when. Admins work the list in Requests and turn an entry into a taught fact, an allow-list entry or a change to the product.

Help that matches the person

The Help page is built from the live tool list and the person's role: it shows only what they may do, with example sentences, and says "ask an admin" for the rest.

Tell us what your customers ask for most, and we'll connect it to a copy of your Business One data so you can hear it working.
