What is recorded
One row per turn on every channel: time, channel, tool, the request (truncated, with the PIN never stored), the status, the sentence the person got, the number of rows returned, the time it took, whether a saved pattern or a fresh query answered it, and the error code if any. Previews, confirms, cancels and failures of writes are turns too, so the record shows who created what and when.
The admin page
- Overview: today, 7 days and 30 days of messages, people, failures and failure rate, SAP changes confirmed by kind, emails sent, requests open and done; by module and by person; the last 20 failures with a "log as request" button; 30-day daily bars.
- Sessions: newest first, filtered by channel, account and date; open one to see its turns in order.
- Requests: what the chat could not do, open or done.
- Knowledge: every taught fact, with delete.
Roles
Staff sign in with their own account. A role sets which tools a person has: read everything, create quotes, create orders, close and cancel, send email, move stock, make other SAP changes, teach. Admins and department heads decide the roles.
Where the data lives
Records sit in a small database on the connector host inside your network, alongside the taught facts and saved query patterns. No SAP data is copied out for storage; answers are generated from live reads.
