Secondary. If your customers will not accept a tool you cannot place — hosted in a named region, on-prem, or in their cloud — BE Hub is a fit. If you are shopping for a cheaper panel to roll out to a dozen small customers, the site is not written for that motion and the Exit is not the offer.

The product works. One named operator seat is enough to start; enrolled machines are unlimited. The primary stories and the Exit shadow size assume a mid-size estate; a smaller fleet should start the free trial rather than an Exit.

We have 8,000 endpoints.

Talk to us about operator seats and run volume. Hosted machines are unlimited; a large operator team or a heavy nightly pass is a conversation, not a per-machine tier. On-prem bands are still quote. The control model does not change.

Can it sit beside our current RMM forever?

You can install beside anything — the agent is outbound only. We will not position BE Hub as a permanent investigator add-on. The Exit exists so you pick a primary.
