The nightly pass
Every included machine reviewed once a day. Only a machine that needs a decision produces anything. Include/exclude and the healthy skip protect the run pool.
Your approvals
Nothing runs on a machine unless one of your own people approves it. The record shows who. That is the change-control story auditors ask for.
the real-world fleetThe things that actually break, caught before they are tickets.
The mapped drive
"S: not mapped for reception" is a check the agent runs every minute on that PC. It fails, you know, before the receptionist calls.
The label printer
"Printer installed on the packing PC" is another. The warehouse does not stop to tell you it stopped.
The backup drive
Disk growth per day on the backup server, with "full in 12 days" on the dashboard three weeks before the Monday it would have failed.
The VPN and the internet
