Connect BE Hub to the tools your team already uses

The fleet, the alerts and the tickets, connected to your PSA, your chat and your own agents. An HTTP API the console itself runs on, MCP for your bots, and alerts that go to email, SMS, a phone call or a webhook. Anything else connects through Zapier, Make or n8n.

How a connection works

API. The console is a client of the HTTP API; anything it does, a script can do. Every list is filtered to the companies the key may see. A change that reaches a machine needs the API form of the approval click, and the caller's name is recorded.

MCP. Your own agents read the fleet, work tickets and propose fixes through 38 tools, under the permissions of the user whose key they use. Every call lands in the audit trail.

Alerts. Email, SMS, a phone call or a webhook, per alert. A webhook is how an alert becomes a ticket in your PSA or a message in your chat; it comes in generic, Slack, Teams, Discord and PagerDuty formats. Custom checks start as a sentence, and a saved script can run when an alert fires.

The systems named below are the ones we are asked about most. They are not a limit, and they are not pre-built: each is set up per customer, through the API, a webhook or an automation platform.

What it costs

Our products connect to each other at no charge. BE Voice, BE Messaging, BE Hub, BE One AI and BE AgentMail already talk to each other, on every plan.

Your first connection is free. When you start, we set up the one outside system you most want connected, through its API or through Zapier, Make or n8n, at no charge. Further systems and anything bespoke are quoted.

Not seeing yours?

If it has an API, a webhook or an MCP server, tell us what you want it to do and we will connect it. If it only reaches the outside world through Zapier, Make or n8n, we connect through that. Tell us what you run.

Ten machines, 14 days, no card. Uninstall the agent and you are out.
