Reports
BE Hub has 18 reports: Morning brief, Approvals aging, Alert journal, Patch window, Site kit, Tech load, Security report (monthly), Estate brief, Work done, Risk and capacity, Value to the IT company, Support time by company, Change register, Session register, Agent integrity, Shell and proxy, Policy exceptions and Sovereignty.
- Each one is scoped by company, machine type, site or tag, or group. Many have a period: the last 24 hours, 7 days, last month or last quarter.
- Save a report under a name. It reruns the same filters and is not a frozen list.
- "Discuss" asks BE AI about the machines in the report.
- The security report is also a monthly PDF, mailed as a link to company admins on the 1st, with an off switch for each company.
The weekly digest
Every Monday from 08:00 (Melbourne time by default), an email goes to each person who has ticked it under Users. It covers what is pending in the companies they can see: approvals waiting, open, unassigned and breached tickets, open and overdue security findings, and stopped items. It is opt-in for each person.
Knowledge base
- Articles (how-tos and fixes), organisation-wide or for one company, plus an internal profile of each company and each requester.
- Only published articles reach the customer portal. Every save keeps a revision.
- When a ticket resolves, BE AI adds what it learned: a new article, an addition, or profile notes. That stays internal until a technician publishes it. It is listed for review and can be reverted in one click.
- When ticketing is switched on, BE AI drafts a first profile of each company from its machines.
Leave a machine out of security checks
On the Security page, leave a machine out with a required reason, for example a test box. It stops being checked and leaves the score, the reports, the fixes and the digest. The change records who, when and why, and appears in the Policy exceptions report. Put it back and it is checked again from the next run. Customer logins can't do this.
